UNS R30605 alloy is a cobalt based superalloy reinforced by 20Cr
and 15W solution. It has moderate durability and creep strength
below 815℃ and excellent oxidation resistance below 1090℃. It also
has satisfactory forming and welding process properties.UNS R30605 is suitable for manufacture of aero-engine hot end high
temperature components requiring moderate strength and excellent
high temperature oxidation resistance, such as combustors and guide
blades.It can also be used in aeroengines and space shuttles.UNS R30605 is mainly used in imported models to manufacture high
temperature parts such as guide plate, turbine outer ring, outer
wall, eddy current, sealing plate, etc.
